The Planning Committees of the Village of Casco and Towns of Carlton, Casco, Lincoln, Montpelier, and West Kewaunee are currently reviewing Chapters 1 through 3 of the Draft Comprehensive Smart Growth Plan.

Chapter 4: Housing is now available for review. OMNNI is currently drafting Chapter 5: Transportation for review at the next meeting tentatively planned for late January. You can review the Draft Chapters by clicking on the appropriate document at the top, right of this web page.
