Design for full-width reconstruction of over 6,000 feet of roadway and adjacent sidewalk included streetscape enhancements, and watermain replacement to 150 properties. Innovative technical and project management solutions resulted in completion of the project significantly ahead of schedule, under budget and to an extremely delighted business community and public.
