Real Estate Specialist
Our dynamic, growing organization has an opening for the right candidate to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the background and knowledge to complete real estate transactions. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management and right-of-way acquisition under the Wisconsin’s eminent domain law. Duties would include project management, appraisal review, READS entry, and negotiations. The candidate will need good communications skills and a thorough understanding of WisDOT real estate policies and procedures. Relocation experience would be beneficial.
