Real Estate Specialist
A dynamic, growing organization has an opening for the right candidate to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the background and knowledge to complete real estate transactions. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management and right-of-way acquisition under the Wisconsin’s eminent domain law. Duties would include project management, appraisal review, READS entry, and negotiations. The candidate will need good communications skills and a thorough understanding of WisDOT real estate policies and procedures. Relocation experience would be beneficial.

Traffic Engineer
Our dynamic, growing organization has an opening for the right candidate to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in traffic and highway engineering projects. The candidate must possess good communication and technical writing skills, and be proficient with HCM/Synchro analyses, Simtraffic, corridor modeling; traffic safety/operations studies, signing, pavement marking and interconnect systems. Duties will include traffic data collection, traffic forecasting including land use analysis and trip generation calculations; corridor progression analysis, traffic signal design, fiber optic interconnect system design, construction staging analysis, work zone traffic control plans, traffic management plan (TMP) and preparation of traffic impact analysis reports. The ideal candidate would have a PTOE and be able bring new and existing clients to OMNNI Associates.
This is a mid-level project engineer/project manager level position although candidates with a variety of experience will be given consideration.
