Riverside Psychiatric Clinic,

This facility posed interesting issues – how to provide a large open office yet address privacy issues critical to the medical office environment. The facility’s four doctors and 14 therapists needed complete privacy in order to provide a therapeutic arena for their patients. Design of this 14,000 sf. building included a large open lobby/waiting area with exposed structure and duct work which transitions to traditional office spaces. A soothing color palette of materials was incorporated and views to the exterior can be seen from every room. Through the collaborative efforts of the architect, owner and contractor, fresh ways to use cost-effective building materials provided an innovative and functional space.

Midway Outreach Community Campus
Menasha, WI

Provided programming and design of a new, 5,000-square-foot office facility for LEAVEN, a non-profit service organization providing emergency financial assistance. This facility was just another addition to the Midway Outreach Community – a privately funded campus of non-profit social service organizations that provide food, clothing and shelter to those in need. Design included a large reception area, interview rooms, conference/board room, kitchen/staff lounge, and offices.
