



Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Site Plan
Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Program manager for implementation of a site plan to comprehensively redesign and upgrade the AirVenture site. Improvements include a revised layout providing for more efficient navigation of the site; new pathways and roadways to better separate pedestrians and vehicles; way-finding signage; upgraded on-site transportation equipment and facilities; improved shower and bathroom facilities on the grounds and in camping areas; hundreds more electrical hookups for campers; and campground social pavilions.
Currently completing the construction phase for the new outdoor exhibit space, which includes approximately three miles of new pavement. The new pavement program includes three green initiatives. First, 20,000 tons of recycled asphalt and aggregate will be used. Second, porous asphalt pavement will be used to improve downstream water quantity and quality. Lastly, GeoWeb will be installed as pavement alternative adjacent to gravel roads, reducing runoff and improving water quality.

Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Cross,
Green Bay, Wisconsin
Complete site engineering and design services for a 30,400-square-foot convent. Preserving and enhancing the natural features of the site was important to the client, so OMNNI’s engineers incorporated aesthetically pleasing stormwater management features into the design. In addition to retention ponds, the site includes a dry pond, bio-filtration ponds, treatment swales with native plantings and a wet prairie. A walking trail meanders through the natural setting.
Miller Electric Manufacturing Company,
Appleton, Wisconsin
Complete site engineering and design services for a 100,000-square-foot facility. Site design services included grading, utilities plan, stormwater plan, parking for 160 vehicles, and an erosion control plan. Swales were incorporated into the design to help remove sediments from the stormwater before entering the ground water. OMNNI also provided site design services for a 26,000-square-foot addition to an existing facility.
David Richardson Memorial Basketball Park,
Kimberly, Wisconsin
Provided site engineering and design for the David Richardson Memorial Basketball Park on the grounds of the Heart of the Valley YMCA. Design incorporated three basketball courts and a pavilion.
