Fox Cities Greenways, Inc

On the night of November 1, 2007, OMNNI facilitated a strategic planning session for the Board of Directors of Fox Cities Greenways, Inc.(FCGI). A Menasha-based non-profit volunteer organization, FCGI was formed in 1995 and advocates for the provision and protection of open space and trails in northeast Wisconsin. Held at the Paper Discovery Center in Appleton, the planning session focused on identifying organizational goals, developing future strategies, and identifying potential partners and collaborators.

OMNNI utilized a process known as graphic recording to facilitate the meeting. The end result was a large wall-graphic, created in real-time, which could serve as a stand alone summary of the meeting or be included as part of a narrative report. Following the session, OMNNI produced a summary report, including digital images of the wall-graphic, highlighting key issues and laying out a framework for the future of FCGI.
